By creating an account or playing Mercato you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to agree to a contract in your country. You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Usernames must be appropriate: no impersonation, hate, sexual content, or other abusive names. We may rename or remove accounts that break this rule.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat leaderboards, probe other players’ data, disrupt the service, or use the app to harass anyone. The public leaderboard may show your username, emoji, and scores if you opt in.
Content and intellectual property
The app, quiz design, and software belong to Mercato. Player names, clubs, and transfer facts are facts about third parties. Mercato is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club, league, or player. Do not copy the app or scrape the player database.
Disclaimers
The quiz is for entertainment. Scores, transfer data, and availability are provided as-is and may be incomplete or outdated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time from Profile, or by emailing support@mercatoapp.app if you cannot open the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

بإنشاء حساب أو اللعب في ميركاتو أنت توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية.
أنت مسؤول عن حسابك. يجب أن يكون اسم المستخدم لائقاً بلا انتحال شخصية أو إساءة. قد نغيّر الاسم أو نوقف الحساب إذا خالف ذلك.
لوحة المتصدرين العامة قد تعرض اسمك ورمزك ونتائجك إذا اخترت المشاركة. لا تغشّ ولا تزعج اللاعبين الآخرين.
التطبيق وتصميم المسابقة ملك لميركاتو. أسماء اللاعبين والأندية وحقائق الانتقالات تخص أطرافهم. ميركاتو غير تابع لأي نادٍ أو دوري أو لاعب.
الخدمة ترفيهية وتُقدَّم كما هي. يمكنك حذف حسابك من الملف الشخصي أو عبر support@mercatoapp.app.
